Brooke, Veterinary Technician:
Brooke grew up on a farm near Marshall, Minnesota. She received her Associates in Applied Science degree in the Veterinary Technology Program at Ridgewater College. Brooke has over 13 years experience in the veterinary field and has been with Heather Ridge Pet Hospital since we opened in 2005. Brooke and her husband, Seth, have two children, Holden and Loften, and three dogs (Kaisen, Karson, and Kallen). In her spare time, she also has several horses, which she loves to train and ride.

Megan, Receptionist:
Megan was born in Hawaii, and grew up all over the US. She joined Heather Ridge Pet Hospital in 2007. She is currently attending SDSU and pursuing a degree in Psychology. She has 3 dogs: a corgi mix named Oscar, and two Brussels Griffons named Miri and Botwin. Megan enjoys reading, cooking, and learning foreign languages. |

Connie, Groomer:
Connie is our groomer, she has over 15 years of professional grooming experience with both dogs and cats. She was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Connie has been making pets more beautiful at Heather Ridge Pet Hospital since 2008. |

Beth, Veterinary Technician:
Beth is a native of De Smet, SD. She grew up on a cattle farm, which instilled her love for animals at an early age. Beth graduated from Globe University with a degree in Veterinary Technology. She has 2 dogs, Peanut and Elmer, and two cats, Otis and Ollie. In her spare time, Beth enjoys reading, baking, and hiking. |

Emily, Veterinary Technician:
Emily was born in Sioux Falls, and raised in Valley Springs, SD. She joined our practice in 2010. After graduating from Globe University with a degree in Veterinary Technology in 2011, she started her role as a technician. Emily has a beagle named Gracie, and a cat named Tinker. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, watching movies, reading, and sewing.

Hazel, Greeter:
Hazel joined the Heather Ridge Pet Hospital family in 2007. She was pregnant with four kittens when she was rescued, and after her kittens found loving homes, she decided to stay with us. Hazel is shy, but sweet. We like to think that if you see her, you will have good luck the rest of the day. She is frequently napping inside our closets and on a cat condo in our breakroom. |

Higgins, Blood Donor and Pet Food Stealer Extraordinaire
Higgins is a beautiful, fun-loving addition to our clinic. He also has a naughty side, he likes to break into our pet food when unattended. He is often seen strolling the hallways and snuggling with his housemate Hazel. |
